S.T.A.R.S is located at Triple L stables in between Gilbert and Lindsay Roads just North of Williamsfield.

All vehicles must enter and exit using Mustang Drive.  Don't follow google maps or many other gps directions as there are dead ends surrounding the facility and many directions are incorrect.  Instead see the map below.
